User Testing Examples Retail UX continually tests a broad range of e-commerce web sites to understand the latest trends in user experience design and strategy. We typically use participants in the Millennial demographic (Gen Y, 18 - 29 years old), because their expectations and shopping challenges represent the near-future market of our retail clients.
